About Us

What is the CXPA?

The Customer Experience Professionals Association is a global, non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of customer experience management best practices. It provides customer experience management professionals with educational and networking opportunities to help them succeed, and facilitates the industry-wide advancement of the discipline of customer experience management. The CXPA’s members include individuals who develop, manage, optimize, and envision how organizations interact with their customers. This community includes customer experience practitioners within companies, vendors who support customer experience efforts, and other stakeholders in the industry. CXPA Switzerland's aim as part of the global CXPA is to boost awareness of the CustomerExperience topics in Switzerland and to act as a professional community for exchanging ideas and knowledge. We are run by volunteers and we:

  1. Organise events

  2. Publish a newsletter

  3. Run a blog

To be part of our activities, it is not necessary to be a member of the CXPA, but enter the association offers you several benefits.

This year again, the Customer Experience Day takes place on the first Tuesday of October. We therefore invite you to join us on Tuesday 5th October to celebrate the 2021 CX Day.

In the afternoon, CXPA Finland, CXPA Russia, CXPA Hungary, CXPA South Africa and CXPA Switzerland will join forces to bring you a unique online event with top speakers such as Ian Golding and Alec Dalton

 

CXPA Switzerland contributes to the international 2021 CX Day agenda with the participation of Michela Cocco, Global CX & Innovation at Nestlé Nespresso SA

From Switzerland, in the evening we will be celebrating the annual CX Day with a combined live broadcast and face-to-face participation from Zurich:

Where: HWZ - Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich, Lagerstrasse 5 and via Zoom (link will be sent after registration)

When: Tuesday 5th October 18:30 - 20:30 (for all participants in Zurich there will be a networking apero afterwards)

  • Michael Grund, Head of Marketing & Business Communication at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (HWZ)
