The CXPA Switzerland “hybrid” meetings are back with a top player of the CX Champions League, Gregorio Uglioni.

 

Gregorio is probably the most know Swiss CX expert and a very good friend of the CXPA. He holds a CCXP and ACXSPlus certification. He has gained recognition for being an international best-selling co-author of "Customer Experience 3” and “Customer Experience 4" and goes in-depth in the customer experience development with his podcast “CX Goalkeeper”. Gregorio is also a Judge at several international events.
